As Christmas approaches, « 1:15 p.m. on Saturday » went to the bay of Saint-Malo to meet those who fill our plates. They are farmers of salted meadow lambs at the foot of Mont Saint Michel, oyster farmers in the bay of Cancale, or even fishermen of scallops, by the bottle, off Saint-Malo. All testify to their concerns and their hopes, at the time of the end of the year holidays, which will be unlike any other.
