You have embarked on the 1st of February, in the challenge of 28 days without alcohol ? Kudos to you ! To help you keep this resolution, here are four delicious recipes of mocktails to make at home, gracieusetés of four institutions deemed to be of Montreal.

The Leaf

  • The 0.75 oz of Seedlip garden 108*
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • The 0.75 oz of simple syrup
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3 oz of kombucha with ginger

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients except the kombucha in the glass
  2. Crush the mint and lime
  3. Shaker on ice directly in the glass
  4. Add ice to fill the glass
  5. Topper with the kombucha
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime, a mint leaf and a stick

Memory of the Garden

the Flâneur (The Germain Montreal)

  • 1.5 oz of Seedlip grove 42 *
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • The 0.75 oz of lavender syrup and thyme
  • 2 pipettes of bitter Ms Better’s Miraculous Foam
  • 1 sprig of thyme

PREPARATION

  1. Put the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Filter to the strainer
  4. Add two pipettes of bitter Ms Better’s Miraculous Foam
  5. Pour in a martini glass
  6. Take a sprig of thyme, the hit between the hands to release its fragrance and place in trim on the foam

Mango

  • 1 oz of mango puree
  • 4 oz of mango juice
  • 4 oz of tonic
  • Mint leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Put the purée and the mango juice in a shaker
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Add the soda
  4. Garnish with mint leaves

Gimme Zaatar

the restaurant’s lemon Balm

  • 1 oz of lime juice (lime full)
  • 1 oz of syrup zaatar
  • Tonic artisanal 1642
  • 1 lebanese cucumbers
  • 1 line of zaatar

PREPARATION

  1. Fill the glass old fashion ice
  2. Put the lime juice and the syrup zaatar
  3. Topper with tonic and touiller
  4. Garnish with four slices of cucumber lebanese range
  5. Sprinkle a thin line of zaatar

FOR THE SYRUP ZAATAR

  1. Mix 1 L of water, 1 kg of sugar and 1 cup of zaatar. Leave it to infuse for 24 hours.
  2. Filter finely then.

Gives 1.5 litres of syrup.
