The authorities of the State of Maryland are looking for a cyclist whose assault in the place of three people who apposaient signs: “Black Lives Matter” has been captured on video.

Police have released images of the suspect, who is wanted for actions that occurred Monday afternoon on a wooded path in the county of Montgomery.
According to authorities, a man and two women were walking on the road and apposaient of posters promoting the movement “Black Lives Matter” when the suspect is engaging in an altercation and would have ripped out of the hands of the walkers, the flyers in question.
The police indicate that the man would then use his bike in order to shake up the victim, causing her to fall to the ground.
The suspect sought is described as a white man about six feet and between the ages of 50 and 60 years.
In the video, we can also see the cyclist approaching another member of the group, who asks him to leave. Then, the man moves a step decided towards a second wife. At the back, we hear his friend yell “Do not touch it! Do not touch it!” The suspect is all the same to her snatching hands, his roll of duct tape.
It is at this point that he uses his bike to shake up the third member of the group, who was filming the scene.
The video ends when he retrieves his phone and stands up.
Interviewed by CNN, the author of the video, who asked not to be identified for fear of reprisals, claims that the cyclist is first passed right before turning back and looking at the message written on the posters.
The suspect would then become aggressive and would have seized the posters that the author of the video had in his hands. It is at this point that this last would have used his phone to film the aftermath of things.
