The ex-assistant coach of the Washington Redskins Joe Bugel died at the age of 80 years.
It is the formation of the NFL who made the announcement in a press release Sunday. The cause of death has not been revealed.
Bugel is considered by many as one of the best coaches the offensive line of the history of the circuit of american football.
This system has greatly contributed to the three coronations of the Super Bowl to the Redskins in 1982, 1987 and 1991. He has been the coordinator of the attack and the leader of the offensive line of the “Skins” from 1981 to 1982 and an assistant coach from 1983 to 1989.
Bugel was then the head coach of the Cardinals of Phoenix and has returned to Washington as assistant coach to the attack from 2004 to 2009.
