The former player of New York Knicks Patrick Ewing has been found to have received a positive diagnosis at the COVID-19, Friday.
Today head coach of the basketball program of Georgetown University, Ewing announced the news via a press release from the school. “This virus is serious and should not be taken lightly. I want to encourage everyone not to take risk and take care of yourself and loved ones”, he noted, thanking the passage of the front-line workers.
Georgetown University has clarified that no other member of the team had been infected by the virus. The instructor of jamaica, he is currently in isolation in a hospital in D. C.
