A new stage at the Quebec city summer Festival

Une nouvelle scène au Festival d'été de Québec

The stage of the parc de la Francophonie will be again during the summer Festival of Quebec. It will be brought back to life inside a brand-new site that will be landscaped and will include the new scene, place George-V.

These two spaces, that will offer shows in alternation, will be gathered under the name of park in Large Driveway.

Four artists will parade on those two scenes, from 18h on weekdays and from 15h, Saturdays and Sundays.

This new site will accommodate up to 25 000 festival-goers by night.

“We wanted to, by the creation of the park Grande Allée, with its two scenes, and the addition of dozens of shows, to give even more value to pass to our festival-goers. In creating this new site, it’s an experience we want to offer them. Theme days, will allow festival-goers to experience a mini-festival within the ecosystem of the FEQ”, said Anne Hudon, director general of the Quebec city summer Festival, in a press release issued this morning.

The FEQ has also announced that the Imperial Bell will release during the next edition of the festival, which will take place from 9 to 19 July, because of the work of renovation and updating, which will be undertaken.
