Beautiful discovery that this red based on nero d’avola which comes to us from the beautiful Sicily.

Grown in organic farming, the grapes are vinified in concrete tank, which allows for a slow micro-oxygenation. The result is a wine with perfume, well-defined plum, strawberry and cinnamon.

In the mouth, the wine is plump and presents polished tannins. It is rich without being heavy, the wine with an acidity that brings enough freshness. The final seems to be heady and a bit of licorice.

I suggest you spend it in a decanter for a good thirty minutes and serve after a good hour in the fridge.
