The Coalition avenir Québec (CAQ) recruited an education specialist to wear its colors in the district of Jean-Lesage.
Christiane Gamache hopes to be favored by voters in Limoilou and eastern Quebec City in the general election of October 1, 2018. She wants to succeed Liberal MP André Drolet, who has been representing the riding since 2008.
Ms. Gamache has more than 35 years of experience in education. She has also chaired the district council of the Lairet sector.
