The Adonis pizza and parmesan cheese products are subject to a recall by the operator due to the presence of allergens and undeclared unpasteurized milk.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food advises that Adonis pizzas could contain walnuts or peanuts, mustard, milk, eggs, sesame, soy or sulphites without it is mentioned on the labels.
In addition, Grana Padano and Reggiano Parmesan cheeses have been made from pasteurized milk although the label does not mention this in the list of ingredients.
The products concerned by this notice were on sale in a refrigerated state until Wednesday inclusively through the entire Adonis market network in Quebec.
The company is recalling the products in question and invites those in possession of these products to return them to the store.
No case of illness associated with the consumption of these foods has been reported, reassured the ministry in its warning.
