The revenue of Air Canada have shrunk by 89 % in the second quarter, compared with the period last year.

According to the results released on Friday, the company has earned 527 million $ of net sales, compared to $ 4.7 billion in the second quarter of 2019.

The airline has transported, which represents 4% of the travelers who had taken a ticket on the same period last year.

In the end, the company has suffered an operating loss of 1.55 billion $.

Consolation, its revenues from the transportation of goods experienced an increase in revenue of 52 %, to settle at $269 million.
