The Russian government will provide up to 2021 relocation of almost 64 thousand people out of dilapidated housing, according to the website of the Ministry of construction.
For implementation, the regions will receive 35.4 billion rubles. It is planned to resettle nearly 64 thousand people from nearly 26.8 thousand emergency living quarters. The total area of dilapidated housing is 1.04 million sq m, house is located of the territory of 594 municipalities.
According to the head of the Ministry Vladimir Yakushev, until the end of 2019 in new housing will move over 8 thousand Russians. All subjects of the Federation amounted to schedules contracts. They have already received of 10.61 billion, the remaining 70% of the funds listed after the subjects give the registers of the contracts for the purchase of apartments for resettlement of citizens.
“We have regions that have assumed the obligation to implement the overall program 2019 – 2024 years ahead of schedule. We support these examples, and provide them with necessary help”, – said Yakushev.
Federal project “sustainable reduction in uninhabitable housing” is part of the national project “Housing and the urban environment”. By the end of 2024 it is planned to resettle of 9.54 million sq m of dilapidated housing, which is home to 530,9 thousand. Total funding for the implementation of the Federal project to resettle from all sources will be 507,2 billion rubles until the end of 2024.
