A sharp increase in air temperature has occurred in the American module of the International space station (ISS). The cause of the incident is still unknown, reports Russian Public television.
The Houston mission control center has already warned the astronauts that night they couldn’t sleep in their cabins because of the heat. Note that in the U.S. segment of the station has four cabins, a Russian module called Zvezda – only two.
Recall, currently onboard ISS is a crew consisting of Russian Oleg Kononenko and Alexei Ovchinin and Americans Anne McClain, nick Hague, Christina cook, and canadian astronaut David Saint-Jacques.
Earlier, the launch of the cargo ship Dragon has been deferred from 1 to 3 may because of problems with the power supply system of the American segment of the ISS.
