The former attacker of the Wildcats of Moncton, Jeremy McKenna agreed with the Marlies in Toronto on the details of an agreement of two seasons, on Saturday.

A native of Summerside, Île-du-Prince-Édouard, McKenna has scored 40 goals and totaled 82 points in 57 games in the last campaign in the League the Quebec major junior hockey (QMJHL). Its 40 nets accounted for the third-best performance within the circuit.

The athlete of 20-year-old has amassed 137 goals, 282 points and 122 penalty minutes in 259 games in his career junior.

The club-school of the Toronto Maple Leafs also announced that defenceman Noel Hoefenmayer has accepted such a contract. Former choice of the fourth round of the Coyotes of Arizona, he accumulated 26 goals and 82 points this season with the Ottawa 67’s.
