    SAINT-HYACINTHE | A police chase has triggered, in the night from Friday to Saturday, following a break and enter at a residence in the rue des Seigneurs in Saint-Hyacinthe.

    Scared after midnight, three individuals broke into a residence and threatening the owner with a weapon. They would be taking away computer equipment.

    Following a call to the owner and thanks to his information, police were able to locate the vehicle suspect to 2 h to Upton.

    For some unknown reason, the driver would have lost control of his vehicle after a chase with the police.

    Two young men, 18 and 19, who were inside the building were slightly injured and transported to hospital.

    A third suspect is still at large and wanted by the police.

    The three individuals could face charges of theft, break and enter, assault with a weapon and dangerous driving.
