At auction for 1.1 million rubles sold the first edition of the “Golden calf”

The first edition of the “Golden calf” autographed by Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov was sold for 1 million 100 thousand rubles, reports RIA “Novosti” with reference to the press service of the auction house “the 12th chair”.

In addition, the auction sold works of Ilf and Petrov with pictures of Konstantin Rotov in four volumes (1938 – 1939). On it stood an inscription Petrov writer George Munblit. Unknown buyer laid out for this lot 440 thousand rubles.

In addition, the new owners found the autographs of Joseph Brodsky, which paid 110 thousand rubles, the Soviet novelist Yuri Olesha (60 thousand roubles), as well as Actresses Claudia Shulzhenko (32 thousand rubles), Faina Ranevskaya (90 thousand).

Autograph of Vladimir Mayakovsky in his poem “Vladimir Ilyich Lenin”: “Tov. Sitio” was sold for 800 thousand rubles. The smiling poet for a pool table (1928 was sold at the starting price (90 thousand).

Earlier it was reported that the auction house Gooding & Co will put the racing car Ferrari 312T in which the famous Austrian racing driver Niki Lauda won two competitions in France in the 1970s.
