On Friday, may 18, the first made-in-China aircraft carrier completed its first sea trials. It is reported China Central television.
Nameless at the moment, the ship returned after a five-day test that began may 13, at Dalian shipyard in Liaoning province in northeast China.
It is noted that testing was completed successfully.
Remember, China started construction of the aircraft carrier at the end of 2013. According to foreign observers, it was supposed to be a copy of the “Liaoning”/”outsider,” as the Chinese engineers and shipbuilders tried to use the chart that came with built in USSR case.
It is expected that the ship will be commissioned before 2020.
