WASHINGTON | The United States recorded Tuesday a new dark record, with nearly 2 600 people dead from new coronavirus in 24 hours, the heaviest balance sheet daily identified by a country, according to the counting of the Johns Hopkins university.

The United States has deplored 2 569 death between 20: 30 Wednesday, and the day before at the same time, according to figures the university updated continuously. This is the balance sheet of the u.s. 28 326 people dead in total.

The previous record for the number of deaths on one day (2 228) there had been recorded the day before.
