On the front line since the beginning of the crisis, the paramedics of the metropolitan area may be entitled to support.

The minister of Education, Jean-François Roberge frees the teachers and the students of the third year of the program of study emergency pre-hospital care of the four colleges.

“In the current context, it appears that exceptional needs require the use of their services in the network of health and social services of the Montreal region”, one can read in a note signed by the assistant deputy minister of higher education.

Thus, graduating students and teachers who wish will be able to go lend a hand to the paramedics of the region of Montreal,

The cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe, Ahuntsic, and John Abbott, as well as the college Ellis Drummondville will be able to participate.
