Real Madrid will make available its Santiago Bernabeu stadium for the storage of medical equipment meant to fight against the coronavirus in Spain, the second country most affected in the world by the pandemic, announced Thursday the club.
In collaboration with the superior Council of sports, “the Santiago Bernabeu stadium will be transformed into a tailored space to store donations in medical equipment intended for the fight against this pandemic,” said in a statement on the club to 13 titles in the champions League.
Real Madrid will centralize in particular the donations from businesses and associations in the sports sector in its enclosure of 81 000 seats before being given to health authorities in spain.
