The captain of the Winnipeg Jets, Blake Wheeler, had only one word to say to the president of the United States, Donald Trump.
On Friday, the president Trump has issued a series of tweets on his Twitter account, asking for a “release” of certain u.s. States, including Minnesota.
Trump wants them to raise their containment measures to assist the economic recovery of his country, and this, in spite of the pandemic of sars coronavirus.
For his part, Wheeler is not of the same opinion as its president. The hockey player has simply written “no” in response to the tweet from Trump regarding Minnesota.
Wheeler was born in Plymouth and grew up in Robbinsdale, two cities that are not very far from Minneapolis.
The 33 year-old man has also spent three seasons with the Golden Gophers of the University of Minnesota, before you make the leap in the professionals.
