For the dough:

  • Flour – 6-7 tablespoons
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 PC.
  • A pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • Yolk – 4 PCs.
  • White chocolate – 200 g
  • Cream 20-35% – 200 ml
  • Raspberry – 300 g
  • A pinch of vanillin

Method of preparation:

Cold butter cut into cubes and mix with flour to make a mixture similar to bread crumbs. Add the egg, a pinch of salt and knead the dough. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons cold water or milk. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Bring the cream to a boil, remove from heat. Add vanilla, white chocolate chips and stir with a whisk until a homogeneous smooth mass. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. One yolk to add into the egg-chocolate mixture, stirring each time.

Chilled roll out the dough, put in shape with a diameter of 24-25 cm and prick with a fork. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dough for 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the oven, evenly distribute the washed raspberries, pour the chocolate-egg filling. Send the pie in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Filling should thicken.
