- Cauliflower – 200 grams;
- Broccoli – 200 grams;
- Carrot – 1 PC.;
- Onion – 1 PC.;
- Herbs – 0,5 beam;
- Potatoes – 2 PCs.;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Rolled oats – 100 grams;
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp;
- Starch – 1 tbsp;
- Black pepper (ground) – a pinch;
- Salt – to taste;

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, grate on a grater with small holes. Peel the carrots and grate them also. Onion, garlic and herbs cut as small as possible.
