  • cocoa – 50 grams
  • wheat flour – 70 grams

  • cottage cheese – 250 grams
  • condensed milk – 80 grams
  • sugar powder – 50 grams
  • butter – 150 grams

For impregnation:

  • cherries – 100 grams
  • water – 1 Cup
  • sugar – 2 tablespoons


In the bowl of a mixer beat eggs, add sugar and a pinch of salt. All whisk until fluffy mass. In the resulting mass, add the butter and a little beat with a mixer. Flour and cocoa sift into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix everything. The resulting mixture is injected into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

A baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with butter. Pour it on the biscuit base, level and put in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Ready sponge let cool and release from the parchment paper. Carefully cut away the edges and cut biscuit into 4 pieces.
