For this you will need fresh app rectangular cookies (100 g ordinary and 100 g of cocoa), as well as round shape. To cake turned out delicious and spectacular cut biscuits should be laid in circles, alternating light and dark cookies.
- Milk -2 SKL.
- Sugar – 0.5 stack.
- Yolks – 2 PCs.
- Corn starch – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- The chocolate chips – 100 g
- Cookies – 200-250 g
- Cream – 200 ml.
- Pistachios – to taste.
Method of preparation:
- To prepare the custard for our cake, you have to mix milk, sugar, yolks and starch (can substitute flour). Place the container on a low heat, stirring, bring the cream until thick, then add 50 g chocolate chips and butter, mix well. Of the remaining proteins can be prepared quick meringue, then use it as cake decoration.
- Gradually adding in the cream cream, whisk with a mixer. Chocolate and regular app cookies lay on the table, then apply on each a thick layer of cream.
