The results showed that these sweet drinks can have an adverse impact on the health of children and adolescents. The study showed that regular consumption of energy drinks can lead to headaches, sleeping problems, irritation and fatigue. According to statistics, almost 70% of British children aged 10 to 17 years consume energy drinks.
The Minister of health, UK Steve brown said he does not allow his children to drink high-energy drinks. Scientists said that the root of the problem of misbehaviour of children and young people can hide in these drinks, as they contain much more caffeine than a Cup of coffee. Doctors recommend that parents monitor their children and not to give energy, to reduce the likelihood of headaches, emotional problems and insomnia.
