Eating this fruit reduces the risk of heart disease

As demonstrated in the experiment, English, German and Spanish scientists, eating raspberries reduces the risk of heart disease. To conduct experience experts invited 10 respondents, having prepared for them a drink of frozen raspberries and the usual drinks. All products were similar in taste, color and polyphenols-compounds proven effectiveness in combating with diseases.

The result of the study showed that those volunteers who offered to drink the raspberry lemonade, it was noticeable dilation of the arteries while increasing krovopotera. Scientists believe if there’s raspberries or drink made from it is drink, it will reduce the degree of occurrence of heart disease by 15%.
