BRISTOL – A woman gave birth in the car of her husband, when their vehicle was caught in a chase by the police of Bristol, in the south-west of England.
Mary Head, age 40, was living in the Ford Fiesta of her husband, Ilian, which based on the fungus grilling red lights and travelling at 150 km/h in the direction of the hospital, reported Saturday the “New York Post”.
A police chase followed over a distance of 16 km.
The police officers who were at his heels were locked after the driver, a contractor in the construction industry, came to the hospital St. Michael in Bristol.
Ilian is out of his vehicle with their hands in the air shouting: “My wife had a baby.”
“It is a miracle that I could give birth while we drove at a brisk pace in the direction of the hospital,” explained the young woman at the “Sun”.
The driver is doubly pleased: in addition to the joy of being a dad, he has not received any notice of infraction.
