Quebec city — tens of paramedics appear on Tuesday in front of the Quebec city office of the quebec minister of Health and social Services, Gaétan Barrette, is located on chemin Sainte-Foy.

According to the union of the pre-hospital affiliated with the CSN, the paramedics complain especially of their working hours and workload, as well as a lack of updating of their pension plan.
Four months after the conclusion of an agreement in principle with the ministry of Health and social Services, the union also denounces that it is always incomplete.
The union asked that a committee be formed to assess the working conditions of paramedics in Quebec.
The Fédération de la santé et des services sociaux (FSSS — CSN) brings together some 3,600 paramedics, dispatchers and support staff from pre-hospital care.
