Fair competition: cross-border Eurasian markets under the supervision of ECE



The Eurasian economic Commission (EEC) last year reviewed 28 applications on violation of competition rules. 13 of them on companies abuse of dominant position, 10 – of unfair competition. Three statements concerned anti-competitive agreements. Brought three cases and conducted four investigations. Issued six regulations on the voluntary restoration of competition. Developed a plan for the protection of competition until 2020. Open public reception of the EEC in charge of competition and antitrust regulation.
