False alarm at the CH… or almost?

Fausse alarme chez le CH... ou presque?

Two tests positive for the coronavirus that would have been recorded last week in the Montreal canadiens would be “false positives”.

This is what was said Monday to the site Athletic, adding that the time when the players concerned would have received permission to join their teammates is still unknown.

The day before, the same source had reported that at least three players on the Habs have been infected by the COVID-19.

The national hockey League (NHL) and the organization of the Canadian refused to give more information on this subject because of the policy concerning the right of a player to the medical confidentiality. It is the NHL that will reveal if a player is tested positive to the COVID-19, without indicating which player it is or which team he plays.

Moreover, the club has refused to confirm to the “Journal de Montreal” on Sunday evening, the information of Athletic.

The third phase of the plan for the resumption of the NHL began on Monday and the Canadian held a training session in Brossard.
