The pension Fund of Russia will promptly appoint pensions to the families of citizens who died in the crash of the SSJ-100, the press service of the Fund.
“Pension Fund declares its readiness promptly to appoint pensions to the families of the citizens killed in the plane crash at Sheremetyevo airport on 5 may. Experts of the Pension Fund in the operational headquarters for relief work on compiling the lists of citizens eligible for payments, and take statements,” the statement reads.
Earlier, the Minister of labour and social protection of Russia Maxim Topilin ordered the creation of the operational headquarters to assist victims of the disaster. He will coordinate the actions of regional Executive authorities, offices of the Pension Fund of Russia, social insurance Fund of Russia, current organization of victim assistance.
