The fighters Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal have respected the weight limit for their clash in the final of the CFU 251, Friday, on the island of a large Abu Dhabi.
The two men were tipping the scales at 170 lbs, which was the limit, the ones who work at welterweight.
Usman (16-1-0), who is the holder of the champion belt in this category, was initially expected to measure up to Gilbert Burns (14-3-0). The latter has however said package, there’s less than a week. To find a new fighter, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) turned to Masvidal (35-13-0) and made him sign a contract consisting of several clashes.
In the semi-final of the CFU 251, the weight of feathers Alexander Volkanovski (21-1-0) and Max Holloway (21-5-0) will battle in the octagon. Friday, the two men have complied with the limit of 145 lb.
