The number of Covid-19 patients hospitalized in conventional and intensive care units rebounded slightly on Sunday.
According to the latest report from Public Health France published on Sunday evening, 4,334 people affected by Covid-19 are currently hospitalized in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. That’s 36 more than Saturday, but almost 300 less than the previous Sunday. In intensive care, there are 454 patients, against 447 on Saturday and 498 on Sunday, December 13.
The slight rebound observed this Sunday does not for the moment indicate a resumption of the epidemic since a similar phenomenon has been observed every Sunday since the peak of this second wave due to the low number of exits at the end of the week. To see if the drop in hospital pressure resumes this evening.
