The regional director of public health of the CIUSSS of the Capitale-Nationale deplores four new deaths in the region, all in a CHSLD.
Of these, three occurred within the private CHSLD non-contracted Jardins du Haut Saint-Laurent located in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. The school is now state of 16 deaths related to the COVID-19.
The other death occurred at the CHSLD Le Faubourg, in Limoilou, reported in the last balance-sheet of public health of the region. He is the fourth person to have lost its battle against the sars coronavirus in this residence.
More than half healed
In the National Capital, there are 16 additional cases of COVID-19, more than half of these being in the accommodation centres for seniors.
Four of these originate from the Gardens of the Upper St. Lawrence river, for a total of 46 users and 67 employees infected. For its part, The Faubourg are three more than the previous day, for a total of 47 patients.
The CHSLD general Hospital of Quebec, and the residence Havre du Trait-Carré in count also one more each. The situation remains stable in all other outbreaks of outbreaks of Quebec.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, what are 1658 individuals who have contracted the COVID-19, on the territory, but 966 (58%) are now cured.
