The office of the United States patent and trademark office (USPTO) published a patent application Apple latest development for wearable devices. The document is called “Antenna structures (assemblies) for wristlets” (Antenna assemblies for watch bands). The patent application was filed in may of last year, but on the website of USPTO information released only now.
“Apple” Empire offers to move the antenna of the smart-hours from the core device module to the strap. This will allow you to shred the internals of the gadget, by implementing additional functionality.In the patent application stated, inter alia, that the clock display can be used for fingerprinting. In other words, we are talking about integration in the area of the screen of the Touch ID sensor. It is possible that the Touch ID sensor will appear in the Apple Watch the next generation.
