QUEBEC | Contrary to what had been mentioned by the vice-prime minister, Genevieve Guilbault, this week, people who live more than three different addresses have the right since Friday to gather at the outside.
The ministerial decree published Friday, which relaxed the rules to make rallies outside, finally is no mention of this restriction.
However, the vice-first minister had indicated Wednesday in a press conference that outdoor gatherings of fewer than 10 persons were to be allowed the province of Quebec, provided that people who take part adhere to the two meters away, and live within three different places.
Quebec goes that on the orders of the three residences maximum. All other provisions are indeed part of the order.
In short, since Friday, it is permitted for groups of 10 persons and less to gather at the outside, while respecting social distancing.
