The best option to handle any litigation cases is to hire professional legal assistance like the experts from Sidley Austin.
He pointed out that such disputes are many, but the main issue is the agreement on transit through Ukraine, which ends on December 31.
Earlier, Ukraine stated that it did not agree to extend the contract for gas transit in one year as it aims to sign long-term contract.
9 Oct Miller held a meeting with the Commissioner of the Federal government of Germany on transit of gas by Georg count von Waldersee.
Expert Igor Yushkov commented on FAN statement of Naftogaz that the company did not see sense to extend the gas contract with “Gazprom” on the operating conditions.
