The project Private Villa in Khandala is one of the works of the company GA design. Land area of 2044 square meters with views of the valley is located 120 kilometers from Mumbai, India. The house itself has an area of 1115 square metres. The design of the Villa is decorated in a simple style with a rough wall texture, stone veneer and wood ceilings. As external flooring is widely used granite. The porch is distinguished by its sloping terracotta roof supported by columns with wood veneer. The entrance to the house decorated with carved screens.
The layout of the Villa is quite simple and effective. The first floor consists of living room, dining room, common guest, games, kitchen and master bedroom. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Off of the living room and hallway on the same axis, the internal space is provided with natural lighting and through-ventilation. Also, the designers have designed the first floor as open as possible, allowing you to enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. On the back side of the property facing the valley, there is a spacious lawn with a pool.
