He asks for the money from the fund, but leaves empty-handed

The clerk at a video rental center had a fright Thursday night, when an individual came to him armed and asking for cash from the fund.

The event occurred at around 10pm at the Flash Video store, at the corner of Gibraltar Street and Bourque Boulevard.

The individual threatened the employee with a handgun, details Martin Carrier, spokesperson for the Sherbrooke Police Service (SPS).

“But he changed his mind before receiving money and left empty-handed,” says Carrier.

“He covered his face with a neck warmer and ski goggles. The man is wanted. The event occurred in a fairly happening area. So people may have seen something related to this case. ”

Rather slim, the individual measures about five feet and eight inches. He wore a black hooded coat and gloves.
