This scotch ale with maple syrup is a pure pleasure to taste. The maple syrup used stayed two months in barrels of bourbon for complexity. A true barley sugar liquid from Saint-Jean-Port-Joli.

With a small production capacity compared to their high popularity, the beers from this microbrewery from Val-d’espoir, in the Gaspé peninsula are only found in rare specialty retailers.
