Detoxification is the process of neutralizing, transforming and eliminating toxins from the body. Where do they come from? From the air that we breathe has water we drink, they are contained in cosmetics and body care means that we apply it on the face.
They can be found also in food, medicines and detergents that we use every day.
The accumulation of toxins threatens our slow metabolism, bad bowels, liver and kidneys, lung damage, skin diseases. Regular detoxification works wonders!
We present you a three-day course of purification of toxins in the lungs, liver and colon.
The preparatory period for the detoxification lasts for two days. Here’s what you need to do in this period:
- to exclude from a diet meat and dairy products;
- to drink one glass of tea on the basis of a special cleaning fee every day
- do not push yourself physically.
Here’s what to do during a three-day cleansing diet juices:
After waking up, drink 300 ml of water with lemon juice.
Breakfast you can replace 300 ml of grapefruit juice (or pineapple juice).
At lunch, drink 300 ml of carrot juice — it will help in the alkalinisation of the body.
At lunch, prepare yourself 400 ml smoothie using bananas, pears or apricots — they are high in potassium.
Bedtime 400 ml of cranberry juice, which is very beneficial for the lungs.
Every day for at least 20 minutes, take a hot bath — this will help flush out the toxins.
