In the beginning of the year the sharp rise in prices is not expected, however, after the elections housing price will rise.
Square meter in Ukraine can rise in price after the election by 20%. It is reported by the Confederation of builders of Ukraine, informs Rus.Media.
“The realities of 2018 will partially continue into 2019. Real estate prices in Ukraine will grow gradually. In the beginning of the year the sharp rise in prices is not expected, however, after the elections housing price will rise to 20%”, – said in the CCU.
As explained in the organization, rising prices will generate a high offer and low demand, higher interest rates on loans, higher wages, and higher prices of building materials, logistics, and fuel.
The Confederation believes more customers will attract thought-out concept of the project, quality of construction and high level of maintenance of the complex.
In addition, an important factor will be the price of housing. According to KSU, 2018 1 sq. m. premium fell to an average of 53 thousand UAH, which is 13% less than in 2017. At the same time, 1 sq. m. the economy rebounded to an average cost of 19 thousand UAH, which is 14% higher than average price tag the previous year.
