Natural colored dumplings: recipe.

Flour – 400 g
Egg – 2 PCs.
Onions – 2 PCs.
Beet juice – 100 ml
Carrot juice – 100 ml
Spinach juice – 100 ml
Minced meat – 400 g
Salt to taste
Pepper – to taste
Spices – to taste
Method of preparation
Beat the eggs with salt. To grate a small raw beets and carrots, spinach grind in a blender. Squeeze the veggie juice using a metal sieve.
To prepare three kinds of dough for ravioli: green, orange and red. For this the beaten egg to divide into 3 parts and add each colored juice. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough, cover with cling film and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling for ravioli: combine ground beef with chopped onion, season with salt and pepper.
