The head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov on Monday has applied for early retirement. His decision he explained the fragmentation of the regional authorities and the public, reports “WORLD 24”.
“There are programs of development of our Republic, there are plans in the conviction that these plans are workable. But one of the main conditions for this is the unity of our people. I can clearly see that today it passes the test of strength. I’m not blind. The power didn’t shut my eyes. Let us have the courage to say that we all – government, which I represent, community organizations, religious organizations responsible for the fact that today we are divided. Each of us has a choice in personal interests or interests of the Republic. And everyone acts in accordance with his upbringing. I urge all interested parties to make their choice. I made my choice,” – said Yevkurov.

By law, the period of validity expires only in 2023.
