A recipe that won’t take a lot of time in the morning.
Today we’ll show you how to make an easy parfait of lemonade, berries and cereals, informs Rus.Media.
To cook a delicious parfait you will need to get your mixer to choose between mango and banana, making one of those fruit ingredient Breakfast. You can also add low-fat yogurt parfaits, or to do without it – it depends on your personal preference. And don’t forget to decide what is best for you – oatmeal or corn flakes.
What we need:
- 1 banana or mango
- 2/3 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup nonfat yogurt (optional)
- ¼ Cup cashews
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of oat or corn flakes
Pre-soak cashews in water for 1 hour, so it then could be ground in a blender. Pour into a blender with water, yogurt (optional), fresh lemon juice, add 1 chopped banana or mango, cashew nuts. Mix and grind all ingredients.
Slice the banana or mango in small pieces, rinsed blueberries to feed properly parfait for Breakfast.
Pour a half Cup of the mixture from the blender, put the chopped fruit, sprinkle a few blueberries on top add one teaspoon of oat or corn flakes. Then pour the rest of the mixture, leaving a little space at the top. There lay the remaining sliced fruit, berries and cereals. The parfait should be eaten immediately after cooking.
We recommend that you do not add to the parfait sugar so it will be as easy and healthy Breakfast. But due to the lemon, it can be sour, so there you can put a spoonful of honey.
If you have time, make oatmeal granola – cover with parchment paper a baking sheet, then put cereal, nuts and put in the oven to dry for at least 15 minutes, occasionally stirring them. The oven should be heated to 180 degrees. If you cook the granola, the nuts will not have to put in the mixer.
