“If we loved”: the book before the tv show

In order to prepare for the arrival of the waves in the new docu-reality show for couples “If we loved”, on April 6 on VAT, the people will be able to read the book of the same title of the sexologist Louise Sigouin, expected on the shelves on the 25th of march.

Written to help the lovers to maintain a relationship, the more authentic, the book will find its DNA in a couple. It will therefore be possible to know if a person is dependent or codépendante, fused or solitary, rational or emotional, active or sleepy, fast or slow.

By explanation and various updates in the situation, the therapist wants to help people to maintain a loving relationship healthy and fulfilling.

In addition to Louise Sigouin, the couple formed of Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge and Émily Bégin will participate in the adventure tv of VAT “If we loved”, which will feature men and women from 30 to 50 years drawn into an experience spread over 11 weeks. The goal: to learn to better love one another.

This new production has been designed by the author and Anne Boyer in collaboration with Quebecor Content.
