On Monday, 4 November in Lithuania began military exercises, which involved four thousand troops from 11 NATO countries. About it reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to Deutsche Welle.
As noted, exercises will be held for two weeks, until 18 November, Lithuanian military base in Pabrade.
In addition to the Lithuanian military maneuvers Iron Wolf II is also involved units from Germany, great Britain, the Russian Federation, the United States and other countries.
The aim of the exercise is to improve cooperation between the armed forces of NATO member States. The military will practice operations of attack and defense.
