The members of the terrorist group “Boko Haram” attacked the city Magumeri, which is located in the North-East of Nigeria.
In Nigeria, 15 people were killed in an attack by militants from terrorist group Boko Haram on 12 December. On 13 December Xinhua said the Deputy, Usman Zanna, who represents Borno state in the Parliament.
Among those killed six civilians, eight local militias and law enforcement one. The bodies were discovered on December 13.
According to Sandy, dozens of militants in 11 cars attacked the city Magumeri, which is 40 km North of the administrative center of Borno Maiduguri.
Militants bombarded the city from anti-aircraft guns and weapons of different caliber.
Local resident Baanah Lyman told the news Agency that the attack lasted for several hours.
Nigeria military confirmed the attack.
In Nigeria since 2009, the radical Islamists of Boko Haram is waging an armed struggle against the government. Their goal is the creation of a Sharia state in West Africa.
In March 2015, the group joined the terrorist organization “Islamic state”.
