In Russia Primorsky district court of Novorossiysk was replaced with a suspended sentence blogger and former soldier Askhat Alibekov, known as Wild Marine, to three years of imprisonment, writes “the Media” with reference to the spouse of a blogger Patimat Alibekova.
According to her Alibekova, Askhat was detained July 5 in the town of Shakhty.
It drew up a Protocol on article 19.3 of the administrative code (disobedience to a lawful order of a representative of authority) and by the court, he served five days of administrative arrest. A few hours before the end of his arrest, he was handcuffed and taken to the court which granted the petition for replacement of a conditional sentence to real imprisonment.
In February 2018, when, being a soldier under the contract, recorded a video message to President Vladimir Putin, which accused him of concealing information about the number of Russians dead in the war in Ukraine. After that he was dismissed from service.
