3. A breath and cough must be repeated every two seconds without interruption.
Do this as long as get medical help or until when heart will calm down. Deep breathing helps to bring oxygen to the lungs.
Coughing causes the heart to contract, thereby promotes blood circulation. This pressure on the heart is helpful for recovery and stabilization of heart beats. By following these recommendations, your chances of survival are very high.
